Dear Praying Friends,

Theresa and I left South Africa on May 27 arriving in the US on the next day after a very uneventful but tiring flight. After a few days in Atlanta with Jon and family we traveled to Nashville, TN where I saw the oncologist at the VA Hospital. The test done then, proved to be negative so they scheduled me for additional test on the following week.

We drove down to spend time in Alabama with Tim and family then returned to the VA to have the final test run. The polyps which were removed from the colon were also benign.  PRAISE THE LORD for His goodness in giving me a clean bill of health.  They have told me to continue the blood work every four months and next year at this time they would like to see me again if I continue with good reports.

A very special THANK YOU to those of you who gave special offerings toward our flight home. We have had a great visit with our children and grandchildren again.

I have preached seven times in the month of June and tomorrow (July 2) I board the plane for the flight back to South Africa. We have had some contact with the church in South Africa and they seem to be glad that we are returning so soon. Theresa will fly back on the 25th of July as she wants to spend a few more days with the children and grandchildren.
