Salary – This is what we live on.  Out of this come expenses such as tithe, food, clothing, savings, income tax, vacation, and personal items.

 Housing – The housing allowance is set annually by the field council and approved by the mission.  It is based on the economic situation on our particular field and is the maximum amount we may spend for housing.

 Benefits – Our support covers typical monthly worker benefits for us.  We have accident insurance and term life insurance, as well as health coverage through Blue Cross/Blue Shield.

 Ministry – This covers items such as office/church rental, purchase of supplies for the office, purchase of tracts and Bibles, ministry-related auto expenses, discipleship materials, etc.

 Outfit and Passage – This is a one-time account that enables us to travel to Benin and set up our home and ministry.  It includes plane tickets, car, shipping, and customs.
